CCW February 17th Luncheon

Join us in February for our first club event with Special Guest Speaker Christina Wynn, Sacramento County Tax Accessor. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to avoid higher property taxes and engage in an exclusive Q & A session with Ms. Wynn. The Assessor is elected by the people of Sacramento County and is responsible for locating taxable property in the County, assessing the value, identifying the owner, and publishing annual and supplemental assessment rolls. Ms. Wynn is dedicated to educating and serving the public in the County she serves, using her exceptional knowledge and expertise to ensure the public has access to every possible tax benefit and exemption.
